消妇炎胶囊的急性毒性实验研究

目的观察消妇炎胶囊对雌性小鼠的急性毒性。方法小鼠单次灌胃给药进行急性毒性预实验，观察一般状况和死亡情况，元死亡，则不能求出半数致死量，采用1天内最大浓度和最大体积的药量灌胃，连续观察14天，测其最大耐受剂量。结果19．2g，kg／d、21．2g，kg／d、23．1g，kg／d、25g，kg／d的消妇炎胶囊单次灌胃给药，观察14天，小鼠一般状况良好，无异常发现，未见小鼠死亡。最大给药量75g／kg／d（1日三次灌胃），观察14天，小鼠的一般状况良好，仍无动物死亡。结论结果表明消妇炎胶囊对小鼠急性毒性甚低，其最大给药剂量为75g／kg／d，提示该药相对安全性较高。

The Study of Xiao Fu Yan Capsule on Acute Toxicity

Objective To observe acute toxicity of Xiao Fu Yan Capsule in female mice. Methods The death rate and general states of the mice was used to evaluate the pre- experiment acute toxicity induced by Xiao Fu Yan Capsule for 14 days. Because mice were not dead, the median lethal dose （LD50） can not calculated. The maximum tolerated dose of Xiao Fu Yan Capsule was used to evaluate by administration of maximum concentration and maximum volume in a day. Results Xiao Fu Yan Capsule （19.2g/kg/d,21.2g/kg/d,23.1g/kg/d,25g/kg/d）were administrated once, and observed for 14 days. The general states of mouse were nice, and the abnormal states were not found. The mice have no death. The maximal dosage of Xiao Fu Yan Capsule were 75g/kg/d （t.i.d.） by intragastric administration. Then were observed for 14 days. The general states of mouse were nice, and have no dead mouse. Conclusions The acute toxicity of Xiao Fu Yan Capsule was extremely lower. The maximal dosage of Xiao Fu Yan Capsule was 75g/kg/d. The restflts suggested that the safety were relatively higher.
