咳嗽变异型哮喘患者56例临床分析

目的探讨咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床特征和治疗方法。方法 56例咳嗽变异型哮喘患者被随机分为实验组(n=29)和对照组(n=27),两组在准确诊断的基础上,对照组被给予氨茶碱治疗,实验组被给予布地奈德治疗。结果两组总有效率、痊愈率、不良反应率和FVC、FEV1、PEF、V50等指标等方面军有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验组疗效显著优于对照组。结论在准确诊断的基础上应用布地奈德治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘,能显著提高疗效,降低用药不良反应,值得在临床上应用和推广。

The Clinical Analysis on 56 Cases of Patients with Cough Variant Asthma

Objective To explore the clinical character and treatment methods of cough variant asthma（CVA） . Methods 56 cases of patients with CVA were randomly divided into experimental group（n=29） and control group（n=27） .On base of accurate diagnose,control groups were given aminophylline treatment,and experimental group were given budesonid therapy. Results The total effective rate,cure rate,complications rate,FVC,FEV1,PEF and V50 in experimental group were signifi cantly better than that in control group（P〈0.05） . Conclusion Budesonide used in CVA patients on base of accurate diagnose,can signifi cantly enhance clinical effect and reduce complications,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
