双水平气道正压通气治疗重度哮喘的临床疗效观察

目的观察双水平气道正压通气对重度哮喘患者的临床疗效,为双水平气道正压通气治疗重度哮喘的广泛应用提供科学的依据。方法参照哮喘病的诊断标准,将42例入住我院经确诊为重度哮喘的患者,除给予常规治疗外,同时辅助双水平气道正压通气,以患者治疗前后的血气分析及肺功能检查为观察指标,进行统计学分析。结果比较患者治疗前后的血气分析及肺功能检查,经统计学处理,结果有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论双水平气道正压通气治疗重度哮喘是一种安全有效的治疗措施,且操作简单、费用相对较少。

OBSERVATION OF CLINICAL EFFECT OF BI-LEVEL POSITIVE AIRWAY PRESSURE FOR THE TREATMENT OF SEVERE ASTHMA

Objective Observation of clinical effect of bi - level positive airway pressure for the treatment of severe asthma, to provide a scientific basis for the widely used of bi - level positive airway pressure for the treatment of severe asthma. Methods Reference to the diagnostic criteria of asthma, 42 patients admitted to the diagnosis of severe asthma by patients, in addition to conventional treatment, while supporting two - level positive airway pressure ventilation to patients the pre and post treatment of the blood gas analysis and pulmonary function test results were ob- served, the results were statistically analysis. Conclusions Bi - level positive airway pressure treatment of severe asthma, which is significantly, safe.
