| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多巴胺加多巴酚丁胺对新生儿寒冷损伤综合征伴多脏器功能损害（MOD）的疗效。方法新生儿寒冷损伤综合征伴MOD87例随机分成两组。在常规综合治疗的基础上，治疗组43例加用多巴胺和多巴酚丁胺；对照组44例加用酚妥拉明和复方舟参，统计并分析两组患儿的病情好转时间、住院时间和病死率。结果治疗组与对照组相比，其主要症状及体征的恢复时间、MOD纠正时间和住院时间均明显减少（P〈0．05）。结论多巴胺加多巴酚丁胺联合治疗新生儿寒冷损伤综合征合并MOD疗效确切，值得临床推广。
