长期配戴角膜接触镜对角膜内皮细胞的影响

目的 评价长期配戴角膜接触镜对角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法 将配戴角膜接触镜超过５年以上的患者根据不同的戴镜种类分成四组,每组又以年龄划分为亚组（２０～６０岁,每十岁一组）,与相应年龄段的无戴镜史的人群比较。使用ＫｏｎａｎＳＰ－８０００角膜内皮细胞显微镜测量和许角膜内皮细胞密度（ＣＤ）,角膜内皮细胞面积变异系数（ＣＶ）和六角形细胞频率（６４Ａ（％））。结果 ＰＭＭＡ镜片、低含水量软性镜片和低Ｄｋ值ＲＧ

Longterm effects of contact lens wear on the corneal endothelium

ObjectiveTo evaluate long termeffects of contact lens wear on the corneal endothelium.MethodsPatients wearing contactlenses for more than 5 years were divided into four groups according to four types ofcontact lenses studied. In each group subjects were divided by age (20～60 years by decades) and matchedwith those of the same age group that had no contact lens wearing history. A Konan SP-8000Specular Microscope was used to measure and calculate endothelia cell density (CD),coefficient of endothelial cell size variation (CV) and frequency of hexagonal cells(6A(%)).ResultsPMMA, low-water-content SCL and low-Dk RGP have negativeeffects on the endothelium, especially at a young age. The effect of low-Dk RGP was lessthan those of PMMA and low-water-content SCL. High-Dk RGP shows no significant effect onthe endothelium.ConclusionContact lens patients and candidates should be fit withlenses of high oxygen transmissibility.
