| 摘 要： | 数字减影具有分辨率高、实时成像的特点，为经内镜胆管内结石顺利操作提供了方便。本文总结３０例用数字减影胆管内取石，认为术前病人应充分肠道准备，合理使用平滑肌松弛剂，术中多角度观察，ＥＲＣＰ复查，可望明显提高手术成功率。

| Abstract: | Digital substraction has the charcteristics of high resolving power and real-time image formation,so provided the convenience for transendoscopic intracystic duct lithotomy.The method of using digital substraction transendoscopic intracystic duct lithotomy was summarized in 30 patients with cholelithes,It is pointed out that full preparation of intestinal tract, smooth relaxant use,peroperative multiangulation observation and reexamintion of ERCP would hope to raise the successful rate. |
