脊柱转移瘤的X线、CT诊断

目的探讨X线、CT在脊柱转移瘤诊断评价中的各种价值。方法分析40例有完整临床资料脊柱转移X线、CT表现。结果常规X线片对大多病例能做出诊断,而CT能显示X线片难以发现早期轻度骨质破坏,对随访观察意义较大。原发灶以肺癌、乳腺癌、肝癌多见,CT表现主要溶骨型63%、成骨型18%或混合型15%。CT扫描在发现和估价方面较平片检查敏感。结论 CT对评价脊柱转移瘤具有是重要价值,有助于临床确定治疗方案和评价预后。

X-ray and CT Diagnosis of Spinal Metastases

Objective To study the X-ray,CT in diagnosis of spinal metastasis in various value evaluation.Method Analysis of 40 cases with complete clinical data of X-ray,CT manifestations of spinal metastasis.Results conventional radiographs for most cases can make a diagnosis,and CT can display radiograph is difficult to find early mild bone destruction,the follow-up of great significance.The primary lesion in lung cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer found,CT manifestations of primary osteolytic type 63%,type 18% bone or mixed type 15%.CT scanning in the detection and evaluation than plain film examination sensitive.Conclusion CT for evaluation of metastatic tumors of the spine with important value,contribute to the clinical treatment plan is established and the evaluation of the prognosis.
