清热化瘀法联合射频治疗隆起糜烂性胃炎

目的 介绍中医清热化瘀法联合射频治疗隆起糜烂性胃炎的方法 与疗效. 方法 将2007年10月至2011年10月内镜检查确诊的隆起糜烂性胃炎随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组用胃镜下射频治疗并联合芩连平胃散合丹参饮加减治疗,对照组采用制酸与保护胃黏膜药物治疗. 结果 治疗组90例中,显效61例,有效27例,无效2例,总有效率97.8%;对照组78例,显效12例,有效20例,无效46例,总有效率41.0%.结论 射频治疗操作简便,创伤很小,费用不高,中药芩连平胃散合丹参饮加减副作用少,两者联合,疗效很好,患者易于接受.

The efficacy of combination of Chinese medicine (heat-clearing and removing blood stasis) and radiofrequency treatment towards uplift erosive gastritis

Objective To introduce the method and efficacy of combination of Chinese medicine（heat-clearing and removing blood stasis） and radiofrequency treatment towards uplift erosive gastritis.Methods Uplift erosive gastritis patients diagnosed by endoscopy from October 2007 to October 2011 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The former was given combined treatment,and the latter was only given medicine to inhibit gastric acid and protect the gastric mucosa.Results 61 cases were significantly effective,27 cases were effectual and 2 cases were unfruitful with a total cure rate as 97.8% in control group（n=90）,while 12 cases were significantly effective,20 cases were effectual and 46 cases were unfruitful with a total cure rate as 41.0% in control group（n=78）.Conclusion Radiofrequency treatment is simple with small trauma and inexpensive cost,and traditional Chinese medicine Qinlian Pingwei Danshen can remedy the side effects,so the combination treatment is worth being promoted.
