血清C反应蛋白水平与脑梗死病情的关系

目的探讨脑梗死患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化与脑梗死严重程度的关系。方法测定64例脑梗死患者和30名健康人的血清CRP含量,并分析其与脑梗死患者的病情严重程度的相关性。按脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分(NDS)标准对患者进行评分。结果脑梗死组血清CRP水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。在脑梗死组中,不同临床分型的血清CRP水平比较,重型组明显高于中型、轻型组,差异均有显著性(均P<0.05)。结论血清C反应蛋白水平是临床评价脑梗死严重程度和预后的一个重要生物学指标。

Relationship between Serum C-reactive Protein Levels and Pathogenetic Condition in Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate relation between serum C-reactive protein（CRP） levels and the severity in patients with cerebral infarction.Method We determined serum CRP levels of 64 cases of cerebral infarction patients and 30 healthy human and analyze its correlation with the severity.Stroke patients were scored according to clinical neurological deficit scores（NDS） standard.Results Serum CRP levels of cerebral infarction were significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）.Among different clinical types of cerebral infarction,serum CRP levels of severe group was significantly higher than medium,light group,the differences were significant（all P0.05）.Conclusion The serum CRP level is an important biological indicators in evaluating the severity and prognosis of cerebral infarction clinically.
