摘    要:目的 提高临床药学服务质量.方法 对医院2010年4月至2011年4月的药物咨询情况进行分析,探讨药物咨询的特点.结果 593例药物咨询者中,列前3位的分别为门诊患者(67.45%)、通过电话咨询的患者(10.46%)、医师(10.12%);咨询的常见问题包括特殊人群用药、药物的用法用量、药品不良反应和药物相互作用等;药物咨询答复中,及时答复、查阅资料后答复、未答复分别占90.73%,8.77%,0.84%.结论进行药物咨询,一方面可促进合理用药;另一方面也有利于临床药师自身素质的提高.

Abstract:Objective To improve the quality of clinical pharmacy service. Methods The medical records of drug consultation from April 2010 to April 2011 in our hospital were statistically analyzed for probing into the characteristics of drug consultation. Results Among 593 cases of drug consuhants,the top 3 places were the outpatients (67.45%),the patients by telephone consultation (10. 46% ) and physicians (10. 12% ). The commonly consulted problems included medication for special populations,usage and dosage of drugs,adverse drug reactions and drug interactions,etc. In the total reply of drug consultation,the timely response rate,the response rate by accessing to information and the non-response rate were 90. 73% ,8.77% and 0. 84% ,respectively. Conclusion Drug consultation can not only promote rational drug use,but also conducive to the imnrovernent of clinlcnl pharmacists own quality.
