扶正化瘀胶囊联合穴位注射治疗肝硬化疗效观察

目的 观察扶正化瘀胶囊联合穴位注射治疗肝硬化的疗效.方法 64例肝硬化患者随即分为两组,治疗组34例,服用扶正化瘀胶囊,5粒/次,3次/d,并联合丹参注射液穴位注射治疗.对照组30例,采用一般护肝以及对症治疗.观察治疗前后患者肝功能生化指标及肝纤维化指标变化,并与对照组对比.结果 两组治疗后肝功能生化指标与肝纤维化指标均有改善,治疗组肝功能生化指标的改善和肝纤维指标的下降均优于对照组,组间比较有统计学意义(P＜O.01或P＜0.05).结论 扶正化瘀胶囊联合穴位注射能有效控制肝硬化患者的肝纤维化进展,改善患者肝功能.

Fuzhenghuayu cirrhosis combined with acupoint injection in liver capsule

Objective To observe the Fuzhenghuayu capsule combined with injection for treatment of liver cirrhosis.Methods 64 patients with cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group,34 patients taking Fuzhenghuayu capsules,each 5 grain,3 times a day,and joint Danshen injection point injection therapy.30 patients,used the general liver and symptomatic treatment.Liver function before and after treatment in patients with biochemical changes in liver fibrosis,compared with the control group.Results After treatment,biochemical markers of liver function and liver fibrosis were improved,the treatment group improved liver function and liver biochemical indicators of the decline in fiber than the control group,there were significant between the two groups（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusion Fuzhenghuayu capsule combined with accpoint injection can effectively control the progress of liver fibrosis in patients with cirrhosis of the liver,improving liver function.
