肝硬化并发消化道出血的临床护理应用研究

目的探讨肝硬化并发消化道出血的临床护理方法,从而为以后的护理提供参考依据。方法 2008年1月至2010年12月在我院共收集了48例肝硬化并发消化道出血的患者,经过心理护理、基础护理、生命体征的观察、预防并发症、饮食护理等有效的护理措施后,观察病情缓解及后遗症的情况。结果止血成功共计43例(89.6%),主动放弃治疗3例,2例(4.2%)因发生肝性脑病而死亡。结论密切观察患者病情变化,给予精心的心理、基础护理,积极的预防并发症发生,给予合理的营养支持,均是降低肝硬化并发消化道出血病死率,提高本病的治疗疗效的重要环节。

Application Investigation of Clinical Nursing in Liver Cirrhosis with Hemorrhage of Digestive Tract

Objective To investigate the clinical routine of nursing care to the patients with liver cirrhosis combined with hemorrhage of digestive tract, and provide considerable references for future clinical nursing. Methods 48 cases patients with cirrhosis combined with hemorrhage of digestive tract, who underwent psychological nursing, conventional nursing, and other effective nursing care like physical design observation and diet nursing, were enrolled in study. The improvement of symptoms and prognosis were observed and analyzed. Results There were 43 cases （89.6%） patients who were succeed in stanching, 3 eases （6.25%） patients who were actively abandoning the treatment and 2 cases （4.2%） patients who were dead because of hepatic encephalopathy. Conclusion The core link of inducing the incidence rate of liver cirrhosis combined with hemorrhage of digestive tract and improve the clinical efficacy of it were close obseivation of patients＇ symptoms improvement, careful psychological nursing and conventional nursing, and proper nutrition support treatment for preventing complication happening positively.
