| 摘 要： | 为解决医院人才招聘录用过程中的问题和矛盾,设计了基于B/S架构的医院远程视频人事招聘评分系统,介绍了该系统的实现原理与成功应用.系统充分发挥了计算机网络及音视频多媒体技术在人力资源招聘过程中的作用,使医院在人才招聘的竞争中抢得了先机和优势.

| Abstract: | It introduced the principle and successful application of hospital remote video human recruitment assessment system based on B/S framework designed to solve the problems and conflicts in human recruitment. The system fiflly played the role of computer network and audio, video and multimedia technique in recruitment of human resources, which bring the hospital with opportunity and advantages in human recruitment. |
