大剂量免疫球蛋白联合甲泼尼龙治疗急性格林巴利综合征的临床疗效

目的 探讨大剂量免疫球蛋白联合甲泼尼龙治疗急性格林巴利综合征的临床疗效.方法 选择我院神经内科2008年5月至2010年5月符合纳入标准的急性格林巴利综合征患者68例,随机分为治疗组36例和对照组32例,两组患者除均给予急性格林巴利综合征的常规处理,治疗组予以大剂量免疫球蛋白联合甲基强的松龙治疗,对照组仅采用大剂量免疫球蛋白治疗,观察两组的疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为94.4％,治疗起效快,平均住院时间短,与对照组结果相比有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 大剂量免疫球蛋白联合甲泼尼龙治疗急性格林巴利综合征起快,疗效较单用大剂量免疫球蛋白好,且能降低平均住院时间,无严重不良反应,值得推广.

Clinical curative effect high dose immunoglobulin combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of acute Green Barre syndrome

Objective To explore high-dose immunoglobulin joint immunoglobulin in the treatment of acute Guillian-Barre syndrome.Methods Choose our nerve medicine in May 2008 to May 2010 by adoption standards acute Guillian- Barre syndrome were 68 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group in 36 cases and control group in 32 cases,two groups were given in those patients with acute Guillian- Barre syndrome routine, the treatment group to large doses of immunoglobulin joint methyl prednisolone treatment, only used in the control group high-dose immunoglobulin treatment, the two groups of observation curative effect.Results The total effective rate was 94.4% in treatment group, the treatment effect to quickly, the average length of hospital stay short, compared with the control group was statistically significant results （P 0.05）.Conclusion Large doses of immunoglobulin joint methylprednisolone in the treatment of acute Guillian- Barre syndrome up fast, and the curative effect is better than the effect of use only high-dose immunoglobulin, and combination therapy can reduce the average length of hospital stay,no serious adverse effects,is worth further research and extension.
