药物流产术与无痛人流术终止早期妊娠的临床效果比较

目的 比较药物流产术与无痛人工流产术终止早期妊娠的临床效果.方法 选取180例要求终止早期妊娠的孕妇,用随机分组方式分为两组,给予药流组(n=90)药物人工流产术,人流组(n=90)接受人工流产负压吸引术,对比两组手术指标、疼痛、流产效果.结果 人流组术中出血量少于药流组、术中腹痛平均持续时间短于药流组、术后阴道出血天数短于药流组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);药流组疼痛不可耐受率高于人流组(P<0.05);人流组流产有效率显著高于药流组(P<0.05).结论 无痛人流术用于终止早期妊娠效果安全确切,能够减少术中出血量并减少术中疼痛、操作简便,具有临床推广价值.

Comparison of the clinical efficacy of drug miscarriage and anodynia induced abortion for termination of early pregnancy

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of drug miscarriage and anodynia induced abortion for termination of early pregnancy.Methods 180 cases were divided into 2 groups by random.The drug abortion group（n=90） took medical abortion.And the induced abortion group（n=90） took anodynia induced abortion.The clinical effects were analyzed after the abortion.Results The hemorrhage amount,miscarriage time and hemorrhage day of the induced abortion group were much better than the drug abortion group（P0.05）.The pain class of the induced abortion group were much better than the drug abortion group（P0.05）.There was significant difference in the effective rate between the two group（P0.05）.Conclusion Anodynia induced abortion is a safe way for termination of early pregnancy.
