磷酸川芎嗪片薄膜包衣工艺的探讨

摘    要:目的 探讨采用包衣预混剂对磷酸川芎嗪片进行薄膜包衣的最佳工艺条件.方法 通过正交优化试验法进行试验,对影响包衣过程中包衣液的浓度、包衣片增重、喷雾速度、雾化压力4个因素进行考察,以加速试验后包衣片增重为考核指标进行考核.结果 选用自制的包衣料,加溶液配成5%的包衣溶液,包衣增重2.5%,喷雾速度350 g/min,雾化压力0.5MPa.结论 此制备工艺可行.

Abstract:Objective To study the film coating conditions for ligustrazize phosphate tablet.Results The orthogonal design was used to study 4 factors:film concentration,the increased,the spray and the pressure atomization.The increased moisture was used to evaluate.Results The optimum factors were the film powder provided from our design,5 percent solution,2.5 percent increased weight,spray with 350 g/min and 0.5 MPa pressure atomization.Conclusion The method is reliable.
