输卵管异位妊娠手术治疗学的临床研究

目的 探讨异位妊娠两种手术方法 的临床意义.方法 回顾性分析非急诊手术的异位妊娠患者368例,根据不同的实际情况将手术方式分为两组,比较腹腔镜手术及剖腹探查术手术的时间、术中出血量、术后住院天数、并发症等情况.结果 腹腔镜手术与剖腹探查术手术时间无明显差异,在术后住院天数、并发症、术中出血量有明显优势.结论 腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠手术安全性高,并发症少,值得优先选择.

The clinical study of operation method of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To investigate two kinds of operation method of ectopic pregnancy and its clinical significance.Methods 368 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively,according to the different situation of operation mode will be divided into two groups,compared laparoscopic operation and laparotomy operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,complications etc.Results The was no significant differences in operation time between laparoscopic operation and laparotomy.Postoperative hospital stay,complications,bleeding during operation had the obvious advantages in laparoscopic operation.Conclusion Laparoscopic operation in treatment of ectopic pregnancy operation have high safety,less complications and worthy of preference.
