临床路径在轻症胰腺炎患者中的应用价值探讨

目的研究临床路径在急性轻症胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法选择巴中市中心医院2010年1月至2011年6月间实施临床路径的急性轻症胰腺炎患者192例作为实验组,选择我院2008年1月至2009年2月间未实施临床路径按常规模式治疗的急性轻型胰腺炎患者174例作为对照组,比较两组患者在住院日、住院费用、患者满意度等方面有无差异性。结果实验组患者的平均住院日、住院费用及并发症等方面明显低于对照组(P<0.05),患者满意度优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论按临床路径对急性轻症胰腺炎患者实施诊疗护理计划,可降低患者住院费用控制了医疗成本,减少平均住院日,提高患者满意度及医疗护理服务质量,临床路径适宜在临床疾病中扩大应用范围。

The Application of Clinical Pathway in Patients with Mild acute Pancreatitis

Objective To investigate effectiveness of clinical pathway in patients with mild acute pancreatitis.Methods Between January,2010,and June 2011,we enrolled 192 patients with mild acute pancreatitis and allocated to the treatment group,other 174 patients without clinical pathway between January 2008,and December 2010 were allocated the control group.Length of hospital stay,expense of hospitalization and the degree of satisfaction of the patients was analyzed using statistical method.Results The treatment group had a significant reduction in length of hospital stay,expense of hospitalization（P0.05）,and the degree of satisfaction in the treatment group was higher than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusions The application of clinical pathway in patients with mild acute pancreatitis can reduce the length of stay and expense of hospitalization,and advance the quality of the service of medical treatment by the improvement of degree of satisfaction of the patients.
