腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术108例临床分析

目的 探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术的适应证,手术方法及优越性.方法 在腹腔镜下根据肌瘤的位置、大小、数目选择相应切口,进行肌瘤剥除、缝合、肌瘤取出.结果 108例子宫肌瘤,手术时间为30～80 min,平均55 min,术中出血30～ 110 ml,伤口均愈合好,术后3～5d出院.结论 腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤剥除术,手术创伤小,伤口愈合快,住院时间短,是目前治疗子宫肌瘤的一种较好的手术方法.

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic removal of uterine myoma in 108 cases

Objective To evaluate laparoscopic removal of uterine myoma indications surgical methods and advantages of uterine fibroids.Methods According to the location,size and number,the appropriate incisions of myoma were selected,as well as the fibroids strips,all under laparoscopic.Results According to all 108 cases of uterine fibroids,the surgery time was among half an hour to 80 minutes,at an average of 55 minutes,with bleeding amount of 30 ml to 110 ml.The wound healed well,after 3～5 days of hospital care.Conclusion Laparoscopic removal of uterine myoma is a proper treatment of uterine fibroids with lighter surgical trauma,less disease rate,better wound healing,and shorter hospital stay time.
