跨区域新农合身份认征探究

农民工的异地医疗问题越来越受到关注,相应的跨区域信息平台的构建要充分考虑不同环境中的技术差异.在跨区域信息平台的基础性服务中,首先要解决农民工患者的身份识别问题.异地农民工患者身份识别需要解决两个问题：唯一识别就诊的农民工患者和提供患者的新农合身份信息.介绍了跨区域农民工身份认证的系统设计、实现方式,指出用这种技术能够为医院及参合地之间提供必要的基础身份认证服务的技术支持.

Trans-regional New Farmers Identity Authentication

Migrant workers off-site medical care issues are increasingly paid widespread attention to, the building of the corresponding cross-regional information platform is required to fully consider the technical differences among different environments, among the basic services for the cross-regional information platform, the identification of patients of migrant workers is solved firstly. Two problems on the identification of patients of off-site migrant workers need to be solved： one is the exclusive identification of patients of migrant workers; the other is to provide the patients with the identification information on New Cooperative Rural Medical Treatment. This paper is aimed to introduce system design and implementation method on identification authentication of the cross-regional migrant workers, and to point out that the application of this technology can provide the hospitals and New Cooperative Medical Treatment areas with necessary support and services on basic identification authentication.
