沙棘对辐射损伤大鼠免疫功能及清除自由基酶活力的影响

摘    要:本文用沙棘茎枝水煎剂对Wistar大白鼠辐射损伤模型的研究表明:①沙棘水煎剂对辐射损伤大鼠的胸膜指数,外周血淋巴细胞百分率和绝对值、ANAE阳性细胞百分率、血清溶菌酶含量等均有明显提高作用,与辐射对照组比差异显著(P<0.01)。②沙棘实验组辐射动物红细胞——超氧化物岐化酶(RBC-SOD)活性及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力均有明显增强作用,与辐射对照组比亦有明显差异(P<0.011)以上结果揭示:沙棘茎枝水煎剂具有提高机体免疫系统功能、抗自由基作用,即具有扶正固本、抗辐射抗衰老等作用。

Abstract:The effects of HRD on immune function and its elimination of free radical in raditiondamaged rat were studied. It was found that HRD could significantly increased the thymus index and the percentage and absolute of lymphocyte in periperal blood, the percentage of ANAE-positive cells (P<0.01), the acticity of RBe-SOD and GSH-PX(P<0.01). It is suggest that HRD has a cer- tain effect on the improvment of the immune function, the anti-free radical, the anti-radiated and the anti-senility in radiation-damage rats.
