经直肠彩超检查在前列腺脓肿中的诊断价值

目的 评价经直肠彩超检查在诊断前列腺脓肿中的价值。方法 回顾分析经直肠彩超检查并经穿刺证实的7例前列腺脓肿声像图和临床资料。结果 所有患者前列腺均增大，并在前列腺内发现异常回声，5例表现为脓肿声像图，另2例超声表现为低回声肿块，探头加压异常回声区疼痛明显，并且异常回声区变形，CDFI示异常回声内未见血流信号，超声诊断符合率为100％。结论 经直肠彩超检查时，前列腺脓肿有特异性声像特征，易与前列腺癌、前列腺囊肿伴感染鉴别，并且经直肠彩超检查操作方便，无需特殊准备，应作为前列腺脓肿首先检查方法。

Diagnostic Value of Transrectal Color Doppler Ultrasound for Prostatic Abscess

Objectives To evaluate the diagnostic value of transrectal color Doppler ultrasound (TRCDUS) for prostatic abscess. Methods The sonographic feature and clinic date of the seven prostatic abscesses confirned by TRCDUS and puncture were analysed retrospectively. Results The prostate of all patients became larger, abnormal echo was found in their prostate. Five cases showed the sonographic feature of abscess and two cases showed low echo mass ,the patient felt pain and the shape of the abnormal echo changed when the abnormal echo region was pressed by transducer, CDFI showed the abnormal echo had no blood flow signals, five cases were diagnosed as prostatic abscess and two cases were diagnosed unliquefied prostatic abscess, accord with the results of puncture. The diagnostic coincidence rate of TRCDUS for prostatic abscess was 100%. Conclusions The prostate abcess has specific sonographic feature and is easy to differ from prostatic cancer and prostatic cyst combined infection. TRCDUS is easy to do, and has no special preparation, TRCDUS should be as the first choice in diagnosis of prostatic abscess.
