| 摘 要： | 目的探讨尿微量白蛋白（MA）与血清胱抑素C（Cys C）水平在糖尿病肾病早期的临床应用价值。方法测定50例2型糖尿病患者的血清Cys C、血肌酐（Scr）以及尿中MA水平;以50名健康体检者做对照。结果糖尿病组患者中Cys C、Scr以及MA水平明显高于对照组;其中Cys C、MA阳性率分别为68%和52%。结论血清Cys C以及尿微量白蛋白是反映糖尿病早期肾损害的良好指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum cystatin C（Cys C）and urine micro-album（MA）level in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy（DN）.MethodsSerum creatinine（Scr）、Cys C and MA levels of 50 patients with T2DM were detected;50 health check-up individuals were selected as control group.ResultsThe levels of Cys C,Scr and MA in diabetic group were significantly higher than those of control group.The positive detection rate of serum Cys C and MA in diabetic group were respectively 68%and 52%.ConclusionThe positive detection rate of Cys C and MA were higher in diabetic group.They are good serological for evaluating early damage in kidney of diabetes mellitus. |
