颏下进路气管内插管在复杂面部骨折治疗中的应用

目的 探讨一种新的气管内插管方式--颏下进路气管内插管在复杂面部骨折治疗中的应用.方法 回顾分析我院1996年1月-2003年12月间实施复杂面部骨折手术治疗患者的临床资料,研究组32例为颏下进路气管内插管,对照组35例为气管切开气管内插管.结果 研究组操作时间、术后并发症均小于对照组,有统计学意义(P＜0.05),操作安全性与对照组无差别.结论 经颏下进路气管内插管是一种安全有效的插管方式,在复杂面部骨折手术治疗中可以替代气管切开气管内插管.

Clinical application of submental endotracheal intubation to treatment of patients with complex facial fractures

Objective To investigate the application of a new method of endotracheal intubation-submental endotracheal intubation to treatment of patients with complex facial fractures.Methods Clinical data of the cases of complex facial fractures treated with operation in the hospital from January 1996 to December 2003,was reviewed and analyzed.The experimental group consisting of 32 cases were treated with submental endotracheal intubation,whereas 35 cases in control group were treated with tracheotomy.Results [WTBZ]Duration of operation and post-operative complications in the experimental group decreased,with significiant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Submental endotracheal intubation is a secure and effective technique of airway management,an alternative to tracheotomy in treatment of patients with complex facial fractures.
