北京市个体医疗机构紫外线杀菌灯使用情况调查

摘    要:为了解北京市个体医疗机构紫外线杀菌灯使用中存在的问题,以便提高消毒有效性,采用现场检测方法对部分个体医疗机构紫外线杀菌灯的使用情况进行了调查。结果,共调查79家个体医疗机构,其中安装紫外线杀菌灯的有71家,占89.87%。在使用紫外线杀菌灯的71家个体医疗机构中,63家有卫生许可批件,取证率88.73%;紫外线灯安装符合要求者占83.10%;有使用记录者占95.77%。检测紫外线杀菌灯辐射强度合格率为92.96%。结论,北京市个体医疗机构存在紫外线灯安装数量不足、安装位置不合理、无使用记录等管理不善问题,部分紫外线灯辐射强度不够。

Abstract:In order to know the problems in use of ultraviolet germicidal lamp in private medical institutions in Beijing so as to improve the efficacy of disinfection,field examination method was used to carry out a survey of condition of use of ultraviolet germicidal lamp in some private medical institutions.Results: A total of 79 private medical institutions were surveyed. Of them,71 were equipped with ultraviolet germicidal lamps,accounting for 89.87%.Of the 71private medical institutions equipped with ultraviolet germicidal lamps,63 had sanitary license,accounting for 88.73%,83.10% of them had their ultraviolet lamp installed fulfilling the requirements and 95.77% had record of use.The eligible rate of ultraviolet lamp radiation intensity was 92.96%.Conclusions: There are problems of improper administration of ultraviolet lamps in private medical institutions in Beijing,such as insufficient number of ultraviolet lamps equipped,irrational positions of installation,no record of use and insufficient radiation intensity of some ultraviolet lamps.
