原发性开角型青光眼疾病基因的研究进展

摘    要:随着分子生物学技术在眼科领域的应用,目前已发现至少11个染色体位点与原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)发病有关。本文就POAG的相关基因,尤其是已确认的MYOC,OPTN,WDR36三种致病基因的定位、结构、功能和突变等方面进行综述。

Abstract:With the application of molecular biology in the ophthalmology, 11 chromosome sites, at least, have so far been identified as responsible for primary open angle glaucoma (POAG). In this article we reviewed the POAG-related genes, especially the three well-known virulence genes of MYOC, OPTN, WDR36, in terms of their locations, structures, functions, mutations, etc.
