眼挫伤房角结构及眼压变化的临床观察

目的：观察眼挫伤病例前房角后退的程度、范围及眼压的变化。方法：对40例眼挫伤常规做前房角镜检查，并监测就诊后各时期的眼压，与同期健眼眼压进行比较分析。结果：40例（45眼）眼挫伤发生前房角后退者39眼（86．67％），首诊时跟压≥21mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)者11眼（24．44％），＜10mmHg者6眼（13．33％），双眼眼压差≥5mmHg者21眼（46．67％）。经药物或手术治疗，11眼高眼压及6眼低眼压均在1－4周内恢复正常。结论：眼挫伤患者应注意前房角镜的检查，对范围大、程度重的前房角后退，应定期观察眼压。

A clinical observation of anterior chamber angle and intraocular pressure on the eyes of ocular contusion

Objective To observe the degree and range of chamber angle recession and intraocular pressure of the ocular contusion patients.Methods Gonioscopy were made and intraocular pressure were observed in 40 eyes of ocular contusion.Results There were 34 eyes with chamber angle recession (86.67%).In their first visit to a doctor,the intraocular pressure in 11 wounded eyes exceeded 21 mmHg,6 eyes were less than 10 mmHg,and 21 cases with the difference of two eyes exceeded 5 mmHg.With operation and drug treatment,the intraocular pressure become normal.Conclusion We shoud make gonioscopy with every patient of ocular contusion,and observe the intraocular pressure with the patient of chamber angle recession.
