急性脑出血99例心电图分析

目的探讨急性脑出血心电图的表现和特征。方法回顾分析住院的99例急性脑出血患者的心电图特点友与脑出血的关系。结果脑出血后继发心电图改变主要表现为ST-T改变和（或）心律失常。结论．脑出血心电图异常与疾病的严重程度密切相关。心电图的异常可随脑出血病情的减轻而好转或消失，并对脑出血病情的预后有一定意义。对高龄、具有缺血性心脏病的危险因素的病人，应加强监护。

Electrocardiogram Analysis of 99 Cases with Acute Cerebral Hemorrhages

Objective To discuss the electrocardiogram manifestation and features of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the electrocardiogram features and the relation with cerebral hemorrhage of 99 cases with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Results The main changes of electrocardiogram secondary to cerebral hemorrhage were the changes of ST-T and(or) arrhythmia.Conclusion The electrocardiogram abnormalities of cerebral hemorrhage is closely related to the severity of the disease,and may improve or disappear with the reduce of cerebral hemorrhage;electrocardiogram is of significance in the prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage;monitoring should be strengthened in the senile patients and the patients with ischemic heart disease.
