| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨饮食调节及运动疗法对肥胖引起的非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法：选择肥胖引起的非酒精性脂肪肝患者33例，随机分为治疗组18例，对照组15例，两组均用维生素C、维生素E作为基础治疗，治疗组加用行为纠正、饮食调节、运动疗法；治疗6个月后观察两组的总有效率，体重指数、肝功能、血脂及肝脏彩超的变化。结果：治疗组总有效率72．2％，对照组为46．7％，两组相比差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）；患者体重指数、ALT、TG、TC及肝脏彩超显著改善。结论：行为纠正、饮食调节、运动疗法对非酒精性脂肪肝患者疗效显著。

| Abstract: | objective: To investigate the clinical effect of antisecosis and exercise therapy on non-alcoholic fatty liver.Methods: 33 cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver induced by obesity were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=18) and control group.Based on vitamin C and E treatment,treatment group received behavior adjustment,antisecosis and exercise therapy.After 6 months,the total effective rate,weight index,liver function,blood fat and liver images of color Doppler were compared between two groups. Rseults:The total effective rate was 72.2% in treatment group and 46.7% in control group,showing significant difference(P<0.05).The weight index,ALT,TG,TC and liver images of color Doppler improved.Conclusion: Behavior adjustment,antisecosis and exercise therapy is effective in treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver. |
