| 摘 要： | [目的]评价广东省输入性恶性疟的应急处理措施及效果.[方法]根据广东省1989～2008年输入性恶性疟疫情报告卡及其流行病学个案调查表进行处理措施及效果评价.[结果]对1989～2008年的226例输入性恶性疟采取有效的控制措施后,没有发现继发病例.[结论]对输入性恶性疟传染源控制和传播媒介防控所采取的应急处理措施可阻断恶性疟的传播.

| Abstract: | [Objective] To evaluate the emergent measures on controlling the epidemic of imported malignant malaria in Guangdong province. [Methods] The emergent measures were evaluated with the data of imported malignant malaria record card and case investigation from 1989 to 2008. [Results] All of the 226 cases were effectively controlled and none secondary case was detected between 1989 and 2008.
