| 摘 要： | 目的：了解文拉法辛治疗青少年广泛性焦虑的临床疗效及不良反应。方法：将就诊于青少儿心理门诊的15～20岁青少年广泛性焦虑患者72例，随机平分为两组，分别用文拉法辛及阿普唑仑进行治疗，疗程8周。采用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、临床疗效总评量表(CGI)、副反应量表(TESS)，评定疗效及不良反应。结果：文拉法辛的有效率88．9％，阿普唑仑有效率86．1％，两药疗效相仿，文拉法辛不良反应少而轻微。结论：文拉法辛对青少年广泛性焦虑安全有效，不良反应轻微。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and side effects of venlafaxine in the treatment of general anxiety disorder in the children and adolescent. Method:72 outpatients of 15-20 years old with general anxiety disorder were randomly divided into venlafaxine group and alprazolam group for 8 weeks.Efficacy and side effects were evaluated with HAMA,SAS,CGI and TESS. Results:The therapeutic efficacy in venlafaxine group was similar to that in alprazolam ( 88.9% and 86.1%).The side effects were fewer and lighter. Conclusion:Venlafaxine is effective in the treatment of general anxiety disorder in children and adolescent and produces fewer side effects. |
