| 摘 要： | 通过对141例恶性肿瘤患者与98例健康老年人及98例老年常见病患者的甲襞微循环观察分析,表明恶性肿瘤患者普遍存在着明显的甲襞微循环障碍,这种障碍较之增龄及老年常见病所致的甲襞微循环改变更为突出,提示恶性肿瘤的发生、发展过程与微循环功能状态存在着内在的联系。

| Abstract: | The nailfold microcirculation of 337 aged patients were investigated and analysed. Among them the number of cancer patients, chronic common diseases and normal ones were 141, 98 and 98,respectively. The abnormality of nailfold microcirculation in patients with cancers was universally existed and was most prominent among the above mentioned three groups. These results suggested that the pathogenesis, development of cancers closely correlated with the function state of microcirculation. |
