| 摘 要： | 本文对大鼠部分肝叶切除术后肝再生过程中肝细胞的超微结构进行了观察,发现在肝细胞活跃增殖期间,其超微结构显示了一系列增生性变化,包括肝细胞核和核仁体积增大,游离核蛋白体增多,线粒体数目增加,细胞间间隙增宽及肝细胞表面微绒毛增多等变化。上述变化随时间进展逐渐恢复正常。本文对这些变化的功能意义进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The ultrastructure of hepatocytes during liver regeneration following partial hepatectomy of rats was investigated in this article.It was found that during the period of active proliferation of hepatocytes,the hepatocytes underwent a series of ultrastructural proliferative changes including enlargement of the volume of nuclei and nucleoli,increase of the number of mitochondria and free ribosomes,widening of intercellular space and increase of microvilli on the cell surface.These changes gradually returned to normal as time progresses.The functional significance of such changes was also discussed. |
