人脑星形细胞肿瘤bcl-2基因表达与预后的关系

目的:探讨星形细胞肿瘤组织中bcl-2基因表达情况及其与肿瘤恶性程度和患者预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测60例星形细胞肿瘤组织中bcl-2基因表达情况.并分析其与肿瘤恶性程度和患者预后的关系。结果:60例肿瘤组织中bcl-2基因表达阳性率为50％,不同级别的肿瘤之间差异不显著(P>0.05),但其表达强度在不同级别肿瘤之间却有显著差异(P<0.05),高度恶性肿瘤bcl-2基因表达较强;预后分析显示bcl-2基因表达强度较高组的生存率较低(P<0.01),结论:星形细胞肿瘤组织中bcl-2基因表达上调在肿瘤发生、发展乃至间变的过程中可能起重要的作用.bcl-2基因表达强度可作为反映星形细胞肿瘤患者预后的重要指标之一。

Relationships between the Expression of Bcl-2 Gene in Human Astrocytic Tumor Tissues and the Prognosis of This Disease

Objective:TO study The relationships between the expression of bcl-2 gene in human astrocytic tumor tissues and the degree of malignancy and prognosis of this disease. Methods;Tumor tissues of sixty patents were examined by immunohistochemical SABC method to detect the expression of bcl-2 gene and to study the relationships between the expression of bcl-2 gene and the degree of malignancy and prognosis of this disease. Results:The positive rate of bcl-2 expression was fifty percent in the sixty cases. No significant difference was found among different grade tumors (P> 0. 05). But the extent of bcl-2 expression showed significant differences among different grade astrocytic tumors (P< 0. 05). High grade astrocytic tumors had a strong expression of bcl-2 gene >and patients with strong expression of bcl-2 gene always had poor prognosis(P<0. 01). Conclusions :The up-regulated expression of bcl-2 gene might play an important role in the occurrence , development and anaplasia of astrocytic tumor . The extent of bcl-2 gene expression could act as one important marker to reflect the prognosis of astrocytic tumor.
