| 摘 要： | 目的：观察细胞周期相关蛋白（Cyclins）及周期蛋白依赖激酶4（CDK4）在二乙基亚硝胺（DEN）诱发大鼠肝癌组织中的表达，及不同中医治法对其表达的调节作用。方法：采用DEN诱发大鼠肝癌，随机分为正常组、模型组、喃氟啶组、抑癌扶正行气活血治法组、清热解毒治法组、行气活血治法组、健脾扶正治法组，应用Affynletrix Rat230A GeneChip及相关技术检测各组肝脏（含肝癌）细胞周期调控因子表达。结果：Rat230A芯片中有6个Cyclins（CyclinB1、CyclinB2、CyclinD1、CyclinD2、CyclinD3、CyclinE）和CDK4，与正常肝组织比较，6个Cyclins及CDK4在肝癌组织中过表达，不同中医治法对其有一定的下调作用。结论：Cyclins及CDK4基因在大鼠肝癌中的表达有一定意义；中医不同治法治疗大鼠肝癌的部分机制可能与抑制细胞周期调控基因过表达有关。
