| 摘 要： | 目的观察更昔洛韦治疗轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取轮状病毒肠炎患儿100例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各50例;对照组采用思密达治疗,治疗组采用思密达与更昔洛韦治疗,观察其有效率与止泻时间。结果治疗组有效率为90%,对照组有效率为60%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组止泻时间与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论更昔洛韦对轮状病毒肠炎有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of ganciclovir in treating rotavirus enteritis.Methods 100 patients were divided into treatment groups 50 cases and control groups 50 cases.Control groups took montmorillonite powder,treatment groups were treated by montmorillonite powder and ganciclovir,to explore the total efficiency and the time of diarrhea.Results The efficiency of treatment groups were 90 percent,control groups was 60 percent,the difference was evident(P<0.05).The time of diarrhea of treatment groups was shorter than control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganciclovir had better effect in treating rotavirus enteritis. |
