| 摘 要： | 目的 采用术前十二指肠镜联合术中胆道镜(IOC)观察Oddi括约肌病理状态和功能。方法 对319例拟诊为胆管结石者，术前十二指肠镜检查十二指肠乳头，实施逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)，术中IOC检查十二指肠乳头与括约肌。结果 Oddi括约肌功能观测为“优”者79例，“良”者152例，“差”者88例。结论 对肝胆管结石者应根据括约肌功能的优劣，合理选择是否保留括约肌的手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the pathological features and function of Oddi's sphincter using preoperative doudenoscopy (POD) in combination with perioperative choledochoscopy (IOC). Methods The function of duodenal papillae and Oddi's sphincter was examined by POD, ERCP and IOC in 319 patients with hepatobiliary calculus. Results The function of Oddi's sphincter was excellent in 79 cases, favorable in 152 and poor in 88. Conclusions In the patients with hepatobiliary calculus, the surgical approaches of whether reserving Oddi's sphincter or not should be reasonably chosen based on the sphincter's function. |
