鼻咽癌中医辨证分型与血液粘度相关性及活血化瘀法配合放射治疗鼻咽癌的临床观察

摘    要:目的 探讨血液粘度与鼻咽癌中医辨证分型的相关性,并观察活血化瘀法配合放疗治疗鼻咽癌的疗效.方法 40例鼻咽癌患者接受根治性放疗,患者在放疗同时口服以活血化瘀为主要治法的中药汤剂.放疗前后检测患者的血液粘度,并观察近期疗效.结果 痰浊结聚型鼻咽癌的低切血液粘度、中切血液粘度分别为(18.47±1.76)、(9.64±1.1)mPa·s,高于气血凝结型、火毒困结型.治疗后所有鼻咽癌患者的血液粘度显著下降.结论 鼻咽癌患者中医辨证分型与血液粘度有一定的相关性,活血化瘀法干预能降低鼻咽癌患者的血液粘度.

The correlation between syndrome types of nasopharyngeal cancer and blood viscosity and clinical observation of activating blood and removing stasis combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of nasopharyngeal cancer
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the correlation between syndrome types of nasopharyngeal cancer and blood viscosity,and to observe effect of activating blood and removing stasis combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of nasopharyngeal cancer.Methods 40 patients with nasopharyngeal cancer received radical radiotherapy,and took orally herbs for activating blood and removing stasis during radiotherapy.Blood viscosity of patients was determined before and after radiotherapy.Short effect was observed.Results Blood viscosity at low,middle shear rate of patients with phlegm_stagnation syndrome of nasopharyngeal cancer were (18.47± 1.76),(9.64±1.1) mPa·s,higher than those of patients with Qi and blood stagnation syndrome,fire_toxic stagnation syndrome of nasopharyngeal cancer.Blood viscosity of all patients significantly decreased after treatment.Conclusion There is some correlation between blood viscosity and syndrome types of nasopharyngeal cancer.Activating blood and removing stasis can reduce blood viscosity of patients with nasopharyngeal cancer.
