Braden量表与发生院内压疮危险因素相关性的分析研究

目的 探讨Braden量表与发生院内压疮危险因素相关性的研究.方法 对2007年1月至2014年12月在本院住院的213 156例患者中发生院内压疮的68例患者应用Braden量表进行评分并记录,回顾性分析68例患者Braden评分中各项评分情况.结果 感觉、活动能力、移动能力、营养、摩擦力和剪切力与院内压疮的发生密切相关,但本研究中58.8％的院内压疮患者没有潮湿度的问题,仍然发生了院内压疮,80.9％的院内压疮患者出现白蛋白≤35 g/L,说明白蛋白作为营养状况的客观指标,对预测院内压疮的发生具有有效性,4.4％的院内压疮患者评分在15～18分,说明评分高就不一定不发生压疮.结论 Braden量表的应用能有效地预测院内压疮发生的高危患者,根据评估结果尽早采取干预院内压疮发生的措施,能有效降低院内压疮的发生率,确保患者安全.

Correlation between Branden scale and risk factors of pressure sore in hospital

Objective To explore the correlation between Branden scale and the risk factors of pressure sore in hospital.Methods From Jan.2007 to Dec.2014,68 patients getting pressure sore from 213,156 patients at our hospital were chosen and evaluated using Branden scale and the results were recorded.The scores of each items of Branden scale in these 68 patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results Sense,motility,movement,nutrition,friction,and shear force closely correlated with pressure sore in hospital.However,among these patients with pressure sore,58.8％ of them no abnormal moisture problem and 80.9％ patients' serum levels of albumin were less than or equal to 35 g/L,indicating that albumin,an objective index for nutrition,could effectively predict the development of pressure sore.4.4％ patients scored 15-18 in Branden scale,which suggested that a high score of Braden scale might still have pressure sore.Conclusions The application of Branden scale can effectively find out high risk patients with pressure sore.According to the results we can take actions to significantly decline the occurrence of pressure sore and keep them safe as soon as possible.
