综合护理在布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作治疗中的应用

目的 探讨综合护理在布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作治疗中的应用效果.方法 收集本院2014年1月至2015年3月入院的布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作患儿随机分为两组.对照组患儿给予常规护理,实验组患儿则加施综合护理,比较两组患儿干预效果评价、不良反应、护理不良事件、依从性情况与满意度评价等.结果 实验组患儿干预总有效率(100.0％)明显高于对照组(85.0％),差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);实验组患儿不良反应(0)与护理不良事件发生率(2.5％)均明显低于对照组(15.0％、17.5％),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);实验组患儿依从率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜ 0.01);实验组患儿家属满意度(100.0％)评价优于对照组(70.0％),差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 综合护理在布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作治疗中的应用效果显著,可提高满意度,具有借鉴性.

The application of comprehensive care in budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of acute episode of childhood asthma

Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing care in budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of acute episode of childhood asthma.Methods Children with acute episode of asthma who underwent budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into two groups.Control group received routine nursing,while experimental group received comprehensive nursing.The evaluation of intervention effect,adverse reactions,nursing adverse events,compliance status,satisfaction evaluation,etc.of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of intervention in experimental group was 100％,which was significantly higher than 85％ in control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The rate of adverse reactions,nursing adverse events in experimental group were both less than those in control group (0％ vs.15％,2.5％ vs.17.5％),with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The compliance rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.01).The family satisfaction evaluation of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group (100％ vs.70％;P＜0.01).Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive nursing care in budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of acute episode of childhood asthma is significant,which can improve satisfaction degree,of reference.
