全程连续性心理护理在乳腺癌围手术期中的应用效果分析

目的 探讨全程连续性心理护理在乳腺癌围手术期中的效果及可行性.方法 选取2012年4月至2015年5月于本院乳腺外科门诊确诊并进行手术治疗的乳腺癌住院患者98例随机分为干预组与对照组.对照组患者采用乳腺癌围手术期的常规护理方法,干预组患者在进行常规护理的基础上给予全程连续性心理护理干预.采用SAS和SDS中文版对两组患者入院时及出院前焦虑状态、抑郁状态分别进行统计并比较.结果 两组患者出院前两组量表得分均呈现下降趋势,较入院时均有好转;干预组采用全程连续性心理护理干预后SAS、SDS量表评分下降趋势明显,较对照组下降趋势差异显著(P＜0.05).结论 乳腺癌围手术期采用全程连续性的心理护理干预可更加有效改善患者的抑郁和焦虑状态,有效促进医患关系良好发展,值得临床推广使用.

Effect of whole course continuity psychological care in patients with breast cancer during the perioperative period

Objective To discuss the effect and feasibility of whole course continuity psychological care in patients with breast cancer during the perioperative period.Methods 98 hospitalized patients with breast cancer in breast surgery of our hospital from April 2012 to May 2015 were selected,and randomly divided into intervention group and control group.Control group was treated with routine care for breast cancer during the perioperative period,while intervention group was given whole course continuity psychological care on the basis of control group.Compared anxiety and depression of two groups when admission and before discharge with SAS and SDS Chinese edition.Results SAS and SDS scores significantly decreased before discharge in both two groups,SAS and SDS scores in intervention group before discharge were significantly lower than those in control group.Conclusion Whole course continuity psychological care in patients with breast cancer during the perioperative period is more effective in improving patients' state of depression and anxiety,and promoting the good development of the doctor-patient relationship,worthy of clinical use.
