反复呼吸道感染儿童血清1-25羟维生素D水平及免疫相关因素的研究

目的 检测反复呼吸道感染儿童血清1-25羟维生素D水平及免疫相关因素IgA、IgG、IgM水平,探讨反复呼吸道感染患儿血清1-25羟维生素D水平与体液免疫的关系.方法 选取2014年6月至2015年6月本院儿科门诊及住院部患儿中诊断为反复呼吸道感染的儿童60例为实验组,儿保科体检的健康儿童60例为对照组,对两组儿童血清1-25羟维生素D及免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM水平进行比较.结果 实验组血清1-25羟维生素D及血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),而两组IgM水平比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 反复呼吸道感染儿童血清1-25羟维生素D及血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG水平低于正常儿童,因此预防性补充维生素D可以提高机体免疫功能,防治反复呼吸道感染的发生.

Serum 1-25 hydroxyvitamin D level and immune related factors in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection

Objective To investigate the relation between the level of 1-25 hydroxyvitamin D and humoral immunity in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection detecting the levels of 1-25 hydroxyvitamin D and immune related factors,such as IgA,IgG,and IgM.Methods 60 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection treated at the outpatient department and inpatient department of pediatrics of our hospital from June,2014 to June,2015 were selected as an experimental group and 60 healthy children undergoing physical check at the department of child healthcare as a control group.The serum levels of 1-25 hydroxyvitamin D,IgA,IgG,and IgM were compared between these two groups.Results The serum levels of 1-25 hydroxyvitamin D,IgA,and IgG were lower in the experimental group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).There was no statistical difference in serum IgM level between these two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusions The serum levels of 1-25 hydroxyvitamin D,IgA,and IgG are lower in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection than in normal children.Therefore,preventively taking vitamin D can improve immune function and prevent and control the occurrence of recurrent respiratory tract infections.
