二丁酰环磷腺苷钙辅助治疗顽固性心衰的疗效探讨

目的 探讨二丁酰环磷腺苷钙在顽固性心衰患者中的疗效.方法 选取62例顽固性心衰患者,其中31例设为对照组,31例患者设为治疗组,所有患者均常规给予洋地黄类和/或非洋地黄类正性肌力药、利尿剂、ACEI类(或ARB)、β-阻滞剂等,治疗组在此基础上加用注射用二丁酰环磷腺苷钙,疗程均为14d,结束后观察两组的左室射血分数(LVEF)、BNP、NYHA分级和临床疗效.结果 治疗组的LVEF、NYHA分级及BNP水平各方面均优于对照组(P＜0.05);总有效率治疗组(93.55％)显著高于对照组的74.19％(P＜0.05),无明显不良反应.结论 在常规西药治疗基础上加用注射用二丁酰环磷腺苷钙可明显改善顽固性心衰治疗的临床症状和心功能.

Effect of Calcii Dibutyry-ladenosini Cyclophosphas in the adjuvant treatment of refractory heart failure

Objective To investigate the effect of Calcii Dibutyry-ladenosini Cyclophosphas in the adjuvant treatment of refractory heart failure patients.Methods 62 cases of refractory heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,31 cases in each group.All patients were routinely offered with digitaloid or (and) non digitaloid positive inotropic drugs,diuretics,ACEI (or ARB),beta blockers and so on.Treatment group received Calcii Dibutyry-ladenosini Cyclophosphas with a course of 14 d on the basis.Observed left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),BNP,NYHA classification and clinical curative effect after treatment.Results LVEF,NYHA classification and BNP level of treatment group were better than those of control group (P＜0.05);the total efficiency in treatment group was 93.55％,significantly higher than 74.19％ in control group (P＜0.05),without obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion Calcii Dibutyry-ladenosini Cyclophosphas for injection on the basis of conventional western medicine can obviously improve clinical symptoms and cardiac function in patients with refractory heart failure.
