甲基强的松龙治疗黄疸型病毒性肝炎患者的临床效果

目的 针对甲基强的松龙对黄疸型病毒性肝炎患者症状复常时间的影响进行分析.方法 随机选择2014年8月至2015年4月期间,本院收治的黄疸型病毒性肝炎患者120例作为本次研究的对象,将其平均分为观察组和对照组.对照组患者使用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,观察组实施甲基强的松龙治疗.针对两组患者的临床症状恢复情况、不良反应的发生情况,以及患者治疗前后的总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶水平进行观察比较.结果 在本次研究中,观察组患者的临床症状恢复率为83.33％,对照组为61.67％,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者的临床症状恢复时间[(13.2±4.3)天]少于对照组[(20.7±5.6)天],差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者的总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶水平与治疗前和治疗后的对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在黄疸型病毒性肝炎的治疗中,甲基强的松龙的治疗效果显著,可以促进患者临床症状的恢复,降低不良反应的发生.

Clinical effect of methyl prednisolone in the treatment of jaundice viral hepatitis

Objective To analyze clinical effect of methyl prednisolone in the treatment of jaundice viral hepatitis.Methods 120 cases of icteric viral hepatitis in our hospital from August 2014 to April 2015 were randomly selected as the research object,and divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with reduced glutathione,while observation group was treated with methyl prednisolone.Compared recovery condition of clinical symptoms,the occurrence of adverse reactions,the levels of total bilirubin,alanine aminotransferase before and after treatment of two groups.Results In this study,the recovery rate of clinical symptoms was 83.33％ in observation group,61.67％ in control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The recovery time of clinical symptoms in observation group was shorter than that in control group [(13.2±4.3)d vs.(20.7±5.6)d],with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the levels of total bilirubin,alanine aminotransferase before and after treatment in observation group,between two groups after treatment (P＜0.05).Conclusion Methyl prednisolone has significant effect in the treatment of jaundice type viral hepatitis,which can promote the recovery of patients' clinical symptoms,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
