超级粘接剂在临床应用上的研究

目的 探讨超级粘接剂(Super-Bond)用于牙颈部Ⅴ类洞充填修复的临床应用.方法 选取2013年2月至2013年5月于本院牙体牙髓科就诊的患者135例,共175牙,随机将175牙分为两组:实验组88牙,采用超级粘接剂+树脂修复;对照组87牙,采用3M自酸蚀粘接剂+树脂修复.随访3月～1年.结果 观察3月,实验组充填体保存率97.7％,对照组96.6％,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).随访1年,实验组出现继发龋1牙,牙髓异常3牙;对照组出现继发龋1牙,牙髓异常4牙.继发龋2例患牙,去除原充填物及继发龋重新充填.牙髓异常7例患牙行根管治疗.结论 超级粘接剂可增强树脂修复的稳定性,减少不良因素对粘接效果的影响,值得广泛应用.

Super bond in clinical application

Objective To explore the clinical application of super bond in obturating Ⅴ cavity of dental cervix.Methods 175 teeth from 135 patients were randomly divided into an experimental group (88 teeth) and a control group (87 teeth).The experimental group were restored with super bond and resin and the control group with 3M self-etching adhesive and resin.The patients were followed up 3 months to 1 year.Results After 3 months' follow-up,the survival rate was 97.7％ in the experimental group and was 96.6％ in the control group,with no statistical difference (P＞0.05).After 1 year's follow-up,1 tooth got secondary caries and 3 teeth had abnormal pulp in the experimental group and 1 tooth and 4 teeth in the control group.To cure the 2 secondary caries teeth,we refilled the cavities after removing the original obturators and cleaning the caries.And we did complete root canal therapy for the 7 teeth with pulp abnormal.Conclusions Super bond can enhance the stability of prothetic resin and reduce the harmful factors of adhesive effect.It is worth being generalized.
