星状神经节阻滞联合丁咯地尔治疗椎动脉型颈椎病

目的 探讨星状神经节阻滞联合丁咯地尔治疗椎动脉型颈椎病患者的疗效.方法 收集本院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的80例椎动脉型颈椎病患者,随机分为对照组与实验组.对照组给予星状神经节阻滞治疗,实验组加用丁咯地尔治疗,比较两组临床症状评分、疼痛情况、整体治疗效果等.结果 两组治疗后临床症状评分[(92.14±4.32)、(85.86±4.89)]与VAS评分[(1.85±0.31)、(3.23±0.44)]与治疗前组内比较[(68.14±5.01)、(68.21±5.04);(7.51±0.69)、(7.62±0.73)],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);两组治疗后临床症状评分[(92.14±4.32)vs.(85.86±4.89)]与VAS评分[(1.85±0.31) vs.(3.23±0.44)]组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);实验组治疗总有效率(100.0％)明显高于对照组(87.5％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 星状神经节阻滞联合丁咯地尔治疗椎动脉型颈椎病患者疗效显著,具有借鉴性.

Stellate ganglion block combined with buflomedil in treatment of cervical disease of vertebral artery type

Objective To investigate the efficacy of stellate ganglion block combined with buflomedil in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods 80 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type treated at our hospital from January,2014 to January,2015 were collected and were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group were treated with stellate ganglion block and the experimental group stellate ganglion block combined with buflomedil.The clinical symptom score,pain conditions,and overall treatment effect were compared between these two groups.Results The clinical symptom score and VAS score were better after than before the treatment in both groups [the experimental group:(92.14 ± 4.32) vs.(68.14 ± 5.01) and (1.85 ± 0.31) vs.(7.51 ± 0.69);the control group:(85.86 ± 4.89) vs.(68.21 ± 5.04) and (3.23 ± 0.44) vs.(7.62 ± 0.73)] s and were better in the experimental group than in the control group after the treatment [(92.14±4.32) vs.(85.86±4.89) and (1.85±0.31) vs.(3.23±0.44)],with statistical differences (P＜0.01).The total efficacy was 100.0％ in the experimental group and was 87.5％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions Stellate ganglion block combined with buflomedil in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis is significantly effective and is of reference.
