中西医联合治疗支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎的临床效果观察

目的 探讨中西医联合治疗支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎的临床效果.方法 将支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎患者74例随机分为试验组37例与对照组37例.试验组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组仅采用常规西医治疗.对比分析两组治疗效果、治疗前后肺功能和血清IgE水平变化及不良反应.结果 试验组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05);试验组与对照组治疗后PEF、FEV1、PEFR均较治疗前明显增加(P＜0.05);治疗后试验组PEF、FEV1、PEFR明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);两组治疗后血清IgE水平较治疗前均显著下降(P＜0.05);治疗后试验组血清IgE水平低于对照组(P＜0.05);两组患者在治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应发生.结论 中西医联合治疗支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎的临床效果明显.

Traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of bronchial asthma complicated with allergic rhinitis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma complicated with allergic rhinitis.Methods 74 patients with bronchial asthma complicated with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into an experimental group (n=37) and a control group (n=37).The experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine and the control group western medicine.The efficacy,lung function and serum IgE level before and after the treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between these two groups.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P＜0.05).The PEF,FEV1,PEFR,and serum IgE level were significantly higher after than before the treatment in both groups (P＜0.05) and were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group after the treatment (P＜0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurrd in both groups during the treatment course.Conclusion Traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma complicated with allergic rhinitis is obviously effective.
