快乐护理对肾病综合征患儿激素治疗中依从性的影响

目的 研究分析快乐护理对肾病综合征患儿激素治疗中依从性的影响.方法 回顾性分析本院于2014年2月至2015年2月收治的100例肾病综合征患儿的病历资料,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组和观察组各50例,对照组患儿激素治疗中结合常规护理,观察组患者激素治疗中在常规治疗的基础上,采取快乐护理,对比分析两组患儿服药依从性的变化情况.结果 观察组和对照组患儿护理后服药依从性均提高,观察组患儿的护理后服药依从性(98.0％)高于对照组(80.0％),差异有统计学意义(P＜ 0.05).观察组护理中护理满意度(99.0％)明显高于对照组(80.0％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 肾病综合征患儿激素治疗中应用快乐护理,不仅可以增加患儿激素服药依从性,同时也能提高护理满意度,有一定的安全性和可行性,值得临床推广应用.

The effect of happy care on the compliance of children with nephrotic syndrome during hormone treatment

Objective To study the effect of happy care on the compliance of children with nephrotic syndrome during hormone treatment.Methods 100 children with nephrotic syndrome in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.Control group underwent hormone treatment combined with routine nursing care,and observation group underwent happy care on the basis of control group.Compared medication adherence of two groups.Results Medication adherence after nursing improved in both two groups,medication compliance after nursing of observation group was higher than that of control group (98.0％ vs.80.0％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group (99.0％ vs.80.0％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions The application of happy care in hormone treatment for children with nephrotic syndrome can improve medication adherence of children and nursing satisfaction,with certain feasibility and security,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
