心血管介入治疗术后并发症发生的原因及干预对策

目的 探讨心血管疾病介入治疗后并发症发生的原因,探讨出现术后并发症的护理措施及效果.方法 随机抽取2012年3月至2014年3月在本院接受心血管疾病介入治疗的225例患者临床资料,34例出现术后并发症,回顾性分析34例出现并发症患者临床资料,总结分析并发症类型及发病原因,据此提出护理干预对策.结果 低血压、迷走神经反射、血管并发症(出血、血肿)和排尿困难(拔管综合征)是心血管疾病介入术后主要并发症类型,分别占29.4％、23.5％、26.4％和14.7％.结论 心血管介入术后容易并发多种疾病,通过强化针对性护理,同时掌握手术适应症,许多并发症是可以得到有效控制的,且有助于进一步提高手术效果,改善预后.

Reasons and intervention measures of complications after cardiovascular interventional treatment

Objective To investigate causes of postoperative complications after interventional treatment of cardiovascular disease,and their nursing intervention measures and effect.Methods 225 patients underwent interventional treatment of cardiovascular disease in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were randomly selected,of whom there were 34 cases of postoperative complications.Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 34 patients with complications,analyzed types and causes of complications,accordingly proposed nursing intervention countermeasures.Results Hypotension,vagal reflex,vascular complications (bleeding,hematoma) and dysuria (extubation syndrome) were major types of complications after cardiovascular disease intervention,respectively accounting for 29.4％,23.5％,26.4％ and 14.7％.Conclusion There are a variety of complications after cardiovascular intervention.Many complications can be effectively controlled by strengthening targeted care and mastering surgical indications,which help to further improve surgical results,the prognosis.
