加巴喷丁治疗难治性慢性咳嗽的有效性及安全性

目的 探讨加巴喷丁治疗难治性慢性咳嗽的有效性及安全性.方法 56例难治性慢性咳嗽患者分为对照组26例与研究组30例,对照组患者给予临床常规治疗,研究组患者给予加巴喷丁胶囊(300 ～ 1800 mg/d).共持续治疗12周,评价治疗前后所有患者的莱彻斯特咳嗽问卷(LCQ)评分、咳嗽严重程度(VAS评分)、咳嗽次数,同时观察药物不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后,研究组患者的LCQ评分、VAS评分、咳嗽次数分别为(16.7±3.4)、(26.7±10.5)mm、(22.5±7.9)次m,相对于治疗前与对照组,LCQ评分、VAS评分显著增高,咳嗽次数显著减少(P＜0.05).研究组的药物不良反应发生率达到40％,但与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 加巴喷丁治疗难治性慢性咳嗽具有较好的临床疗效,但不良反应发生率较高,建议应在兼顾疗效和副作用的基础上给予该药物治疗.

The efficiency and safety of gabapentin in the treatment of pertinacious chronic cough

Objective To discuss the efficiency and safety of gabapentin in the treatment of pertinacious chronic cough.Methods 56 cases of pertinacious chronic cough were divided into control group (26 cases) and research group (30 cases).Patients in control group were given clinical routine treatment,while patients in research group were given gabapentin capsules (300-1800 mg/d) for 12 weeks.Leicester cough questionnaire (LCQ),visual analogue scale (VAS) and cough frequency were evaluated before and after treatment.Adverse drug reaction was observed during the treatment.Results After treatment,LCQ score,VAS score and cough frequency were 06.7±3.4),(26.7±10.5)mm,(22.5±7.9)times/h respectively in research group.LCQ score and VAS score in research group after treatment were significantly higher than those in research group before treatment,those in control group after treatment;cough frequency was significantly lower than that in research group before treatment,that in control group after treatment (P＜0.05).The occurrence rate of adverse drug reaction reached to 40％,but there was no statistically significant difference compared to control group (P＞0.05).Conclusions Gabapentin in the treatment of pertinacious chronic cough has good clinical efficacy,with high occurrence rate of adverse drug reaction.We should take into account both efficiency and adverse drug reaction when giving gabapentin.
